Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very clean and offered a stunning view of the speeding Shinkansen passing through the train station. While the rooms could be on the smaller side, they are perfect for a good night's sleep, especially with the lower-level bar and restaurants available. The service was outstanding, with helpful and polite staff ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, surrounded by museums, shopping malls, and eateries, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was excellent, featuring a great variety of options for all tastes.
This hotel is on the 32nd floor, ensuring stunning views without any bad angles. The rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need like a king bed, a cozy sitting area with a sofa and chair, and a lovely bath with separate tub and shower.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room, it was much bigger and more comfortable than expected based on the photos provided. The bathroom was spacious and one of the best I've had in Japan. However, cleanliness was an issue during my stay.
